Rita is currently Market Director for the Austin central Texas area. As an experienced Realtor and market director, she has opened real estate markets in Austin and San Antonio, as well as having worked the DFW real estate market. She has sales experience in residential, land, ranch and commercial real estate. She has a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of North Texas. She was a teacher for 18 years before opening her own company, an outdoor lighting sales and manufacturing business, in the DFW Metroplex. She has two grown children of her own, and having moved several times with her family, she knows the advantage of working with a Realtor who listens to the needs of both buyer and seller clients. She also knows the importance of buyers having their own Realtor buyer representative when working with sellers.
